    CANOGA PARK >> A freight train struck an unoccupied vehicle early today in Canoga Park but no injuries were reported. The crash was reported at 12:29 a.m. in the 21500 block of Lassen Street, near Canoga Avenue, said Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles Fire Department.     LOS ANGELES >> Police have arrested the driver of an SUV who struck a Los Angeles Police Department motorcycle officer, severely injuring him, and then fled the scene, a lieutenant said Sunday. “The driver was a juvenile so I can’t give you much information about him,” LAPD Lt.
