    The popular Wilacre Park in Los Angeles will close Sept. 5 for upgrades,, officials announced Wednesday.     CHATSWORTH -- A Los Angeles fire rescue helicopter plucked a woman from Santa Susana Pass State Historic Park on Saturday after she became lost and complained of heat exhaustion, Los Angeles fire officials said.
